Order Processing

  • All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


Multiple Warehouse Shipments

  • We ship from multiple warehouse locations to better serve our customers.

  • If your order contains items stored in different warehouses, your shipment may arrive in multiple packages.

  • In such cases, multiple tracking numbers will be provided.


Shipping Carriers

We select the shipping carrier for each order based on several factors, including:

  • Customer location

  • Package size and weight

  • Warehouse origin

Shipping Notifications & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
