Return Policy

All of our products are made to order for each customer. Because these items are treated as custom products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:
We will make exceptions in the event that:

  • You receive the wrong product, or

  • Your order arrives damaged

How to Request an Exception:
If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theclubapparel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the incorrect or damaged product

We will review your request, and once approved, provide next steps for replacement or resolution.
